Celebration of Achievement
Social Highlight of the year for Ysgol Brynhyfryd Year 11 Students
This year’s Celebration of Achievement ceremony was once again an extremely glamorous occasion with Ysgol Brynhyfryd’s year 11 students dressed to impress in glitzy gowns and sharp suits.
The presentation ceremony was held at Ysgol Brynhyfryd to award and reward pupils from year 11 for their hard work throughout their time at Ysgol Brynhyfryd. Family members watched with pride as award folders were presented by School Governor, Mrs Morfudd Jones to the hard working students.
The sports hall was full of joyful parents, students and staff of the school, certainly a very memorable evening. The students were then taken to a secret location for an after ceremony meal and dance which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Mr Carl Murray , head of year 11 said, “I am extremely proud of the successes of all of my year 11 students, they have all put so much effort into their school work! Ysgol Brynhyfryd will be welcoming quite a few of them back to our fantastic sixth form so we are looking forward to our next steps together! Good luck to all going onto colleges and work placements, Ysgol Brynhyfryd wish you all the best!”
