Girls’ U14 Hockey
Massive congratulations to the school girls U14 hockey squad who are now North Wales champions. They won the tournament in Wrexham yesterday showing an amazing attitude and team spirit in the rain and snow!!

Steffan Dolben from year 12 has been chosen to play for the Wales under 18’s football team! He will start his training at ‘Dragons Park’ Newport very soon! Steffan has played football for Ruthin Town and Bala Academy (under 19’s). Well done and best of luck to you Steffan!
Congratulations to Huw Jones Yr 10 he is the North East Wales Athletics Champion in the 3000m. He also finished second in the 1500m. He will now represent North East Wales and Ysgol Brynhyfryd in the Welsh Athletics Championships in Cardiff in July. Good luck Huw.

We have had an amazing day today welcoming the year 6 pupils from Denbighshire schools to us here at Ysgol Brynhyfryd for our History workshop. Fun whilst we learn – we are certainly looking forward to welcoming you all here again soon.
