Rotary Young Musician success


Angharad Huw in our Year 13 has won the final round of the Rotary Young Musician contest. Angharad will now go on to compete in the regional heat next month, ‘Best of Luck’ Angharad.
We would also like to announce that Angharad has been accepted to the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester in September – we are all very proud of your success and would like to thank Angharad for her valued contribution to the 6th form and to Ysgol Brynhyfryd over the years.

UCAS Event

Here are some of our Year 12 students enjoying the opportunity of a visit to the UCAS event in Manchester on Tuesday, 5th March. All students found the visit very informative, getting a chance to visit different stalls from Universities all over the country.
